Jim Schomberg became a heating contractor in 1975, establishing the company now known as Jim’s Heating & Cooling, Incorporated. It has grown from a business employing three workers to a corporation that includes twelve full-time and two part-time employees. The company is currently averaging 150+ furnaces and 180+ air conditioning installations each year. We specialize in replacement and new home construction jobs as well as light commercial work and all service work.

Our heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) installers have not only been trained on the job but also have attended school to improve their skills. They will install the equipment that you choose in a timely manner and will treat your property with respect. Our HVAC servicemen have attended heating & cooling troubleshooting schools in Iowa and Wisconsin. They also continue to learn the latest advancements at seminars and training sessions.

Our main objective is to assure you, our customer, the comfort of our top-quality installations with very competitive pricing. Providing 24-hour "emergency" service on the equipment we install is another of the many ways we strive to serve you.
